ready-made
The excursion was part of the HAaC Pasklaar (ready-made) series, in which it organizes visits to recently completed projects. Due to the situation concerning corona, the number of participants was very limited and good attention was paid to mutual distance. Most of the time visitors also wore mouth masks and gloves.

Among other things, cepezed architect Ronald Schleurholts talked about the genesis of the transformation from office to apartment complex. He also discussed the design choices that were made and the underlying thoughts for them. He covered the existing situation, the ambitions for the transformation and the pragmatic interventions that were conceived to achieve the highest possible quality in an efficient manner.

grand tour
After the explanation, Ronald and project manager Jan-Willem Visscher showed the guests around in two small groups. The complex's park-like terrain as well as the high-rise and low-rise buildings were visited. The groups also took a look in a number of the apartments and in the parking garage, which is located in the former nuclear cellar of the complex.
