cepezed | Business Developer

architectenbureau cepezed is looking for a business development collegue to join our acquisition department.

lucas van der wee | cepezed

cepezed is an internationally renowned design agency in the field of architecture, urban planning and interior design. We design user-friendly architecture with a lot of daylight, flexibility and experiential value. Our buildings are pleasant places to be and often just that bit different. Moreover, they are produced in a super-efficient and environmentally aware manner.
We are located in Delft in a beautiful historic building that we redeveloped ourselves. You will work in a company of about 100 enthusiastic colleagues, including architects, construction engineers, interior designers and support staff.

With your knowledge and experience, you are fully focused on opportunities for new assignments that fit well with cepezed. To this end, you maintain a constant overview of the national and international market and maintain a broad network of existing and potential cooperation partners. You are always able to strategically present the cepezed story. To do this, you get information from the architects and designers. And within the office you work closely with your colleagues from the acquisition & PR department, the tender department and also directly with the partners.

Your duties also include:
- select and analyze potentially interesting tenders;
- coordinating and setting out strategies;
- preparation and management of tender files;
- writing visions and action plans;
- supporting the tender department with pitches and presentations.

We prefer a candidate who has:
- affinity with architecture and the work of cepezed;
- good organizational qualities;
- good strategic insight;
- excellent command of Dutch;
- good command of English;
- skilled hand of writing and a good sense of argument;
- ability to work independently as well as in a team;
- (basic) knowledge of photoshop and indesign.

we offer:
• a fun, creative working environment with motivated colleagues;
• a result-oriented working atmosphere in which there is also room for conviviality (celebrating successes, regular drinks and parties);
• a salary based on knowledge, experience and the collective labor agreement for architects;
• a working week of 32 - 40 hours;
• a beautiful, daylight-rich workplace in a historic building redeveloped by ourselves in the heart of Delft, close to the station.

Enthusiastic? Send your written response with motivation, curriculum and sample texts and/or publications to our talent manager Martine Boele,
