Futureproof business building with labs

On the 13th of October this extremelu sustainable 10-story building opened on the Utrecht Science Park. Genmab, IPA (ImmunoPrecise Antibodies) and Merus N.V. will use it.

Accelerator is a future-proof company building with biotech laboratories.

For this unique combination, architectural firm cepezed designed a smart construction with floor fields that can be flexibly divided. cepezedinterieur took care of the first floor and Genmab spaces. A design that proves that such flexibility certainly may not come at the expense of architectural quality.
