cepezed is an architectural office with a broad portfolio in the Netherlands and abroad. We design high-profile sustainable projects such as State Office De Knoop, The Green House, Temporary Courthouse Amsterdam and the new pier at Schiphol Airport. We also work, for example, on state-of-the-art laboratories and educational buildings.
cepezed has in-house specialists for each part of the design and has its own areas of expertise for interior design, project development and realisation. This makes us an all-in-one employer with challenging career paths and the opportunity to look beyond the boundaries of your own field of work. If you would like to undertake your period of professional experience as an architect after completing your studies, you have come to the right place because of the versatility of our office. Our clear and well-developed vision on architecture means that we are just that little bit different, not only as designers, but also as an employer. Within our organization you can draw on a wealth of knowledge and expertise about the profession, but also the cepezed DNA. Your colleagues are always open to answering questions, but we also hold regular knowledge lunches to make sure that we develop together.
We like to work highly efficiently. One of the ways we do this is by sharing our knowledge well, but also by means of clear processes and working agreements. So you don’t have to reinvent the wheel every time. Together we are always looking for the optimal balance between your commitment to tasks you can already do and work in which you can still grow. That’s how you keep developing, just like cepezed. You learn on the work floor, but also through internal or external training and development programmes.
Incidentally, we limit overtime as much as possible. Precisely by working together efficiently during normal hours, we ensure that overtime is kept to a minimum. In addition, we find it very important that hard work is combined with enjoyable experiences together. That means lunch, sports and Friday afternoon drinks together, but also memorable office events.
